KeenCraft Corona Concrete was founded in 2023 by a crew that had spent years watching concrete fail in the Inland Empire - not because of bad luck, but because contractors were skipping base prep and ignoring the clay soils and summer heat that define this region. The founders set out to build a company that did that part right from the start.
Corona is a city where most people own their homes and plan to stay. A large share of the housing stock was built between 1980 and 2005, which means driveways, patios, and flatwork all over town are hitting the age where they need real attention. We give you a realistic timeline upfront - including the curing period - so you are not shuffling cars around the neighborhood for weeks. Most jobs are done and driveable within 7 to 10 days of the pour.
You get a written, itemized estimate covering demolition, permits, materials, labor, and cleanup before anyone picks up a shovel. If something unexpected comes up during prep, we tell you before we proceed.
California C-8 Concrete Contractor License issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Required for any concrete work valued over $500 in California.
General liability and workers' compensation insurance on every job. If something unexpected happens on your property, you are protected.
Contractor's bond filed with the CSLB. This gives you a financial backstop if work is not completed as agreed.
